How to put contact lens into your eyes is quite a simple thing. But ensure you follow these steps carefully without neglecting one, and you will be able to place your contact lens into your eyes without any hitch.

1. The first thing you should do to avoid any form of dirt or contaminants into your eyes is to wash your hands. Wash them thoroughly, rinse the hands also, and keep it dry before you start to fix your lens.

2. Get the old solution, and the lens poured into your hands. Then try and place the lens on your finger; your index right finger would be a better one.

3. With the use of your two hands and any of your ten fingers, Open and hold your eyes so that you can be able to conveniently place your lens in it.

4. Shift your pupil up. This works by just simply looking up; then place the lens in your eye, the white part precisely.

5. Look down, then blink your eyes to centralize the lens in your eyes.
