1. Set up cardboard to trap the termite. Get some flat strips of cardboard, use water to wet them, and place them on themselves. Put these cardboards where the termites can feed on it. By the time they surround it, take the cardboard outside and burn it. You may need to repeat more times to get a better result.
2. Expose your wood to direct sunlight. If the infected substance is just a piece of furniture and not a part of your house, you can take it into the sun and leave it there until the termites are gone.
3. Consider putting your wood in a refrigerator. If you are in a season where sunlight is scared, you can consider putting your wood in a refrigerator, provided the wood is portable enough, and the fridge is big enough.
4. Use a good insecticide to kill the termites. A good and popular insecticide you can use is boric acid.
