1. Hand placement: when you are placing your hand on the ball, let your index finger be very close to the tip of the ball. Let your middle finger be around the end of the white laces. Let your ring finger be between the 2nd and 3rd laces from the back. Let your pinky finger be between the next two laces, and use your thumb to wrap the ball. Note that you are doing this for the fingers on your two hands, and let your thumbs touch themselves.
2. Raise the ball with your two hands. Let the ball be raised to the ear level, and let the supporting arm be targeted towards your target, with the throwing shoulder pointed backward.
3. At this point, drop the supporting hand, and lift up the ball with the throwing hands a bit above the head. Take the leg below the supporting arm forward and throw your ball, applying good force.
4. Let your arm follow the ball as you rotate your hand until your thumb points down.
