1. Go to the eBay homepage, then log in to your account.
2. Locate "My eBay" and click on it, then select the account tab.
3. From your right-hand side, you will see a link title "close my account" select it.
4. Read through some steps that are written under the "closing your eBay account" heading. If you meet the necessary requirements, and you are ready to really delete your account, select the "submit a request to close your account" in blue text.
5. Use the drop-down menu on this window to pick a reason why you want to delete your account. Then select the continue button, which is in blue color.
6. At this point, eBay will provide you with alternatives, advising you not to delete your account, but choose the option to close your account and continue.
7. On the final page, you will have to tick or check a box that shows that you have read about the information written there, then select continue.
