Sometimes you purchase items on Amazon that require an explanation, or you need to change an order that you made. You may feel as though you should speak with a third party and contact the seller directly.
Stick To these steps, and you will learn how to make contact with an Amazon seller.
• Go to Amazon.com and search for the product you want.
• Click the link for the product listing in the search results.
• Click the seller’s name next to sold by, which is on the right-hand side of the page.
• Once you are on the product page, look for the box on the right-hand side that says add to cart.
• Under those buttons, you will see the words sold by followed by a link to the seller’s name.
• Click on the link to access the seller’s information and contact page.
• Click on ask questions.
• When you open the seller’s page, find the yellow ask a question button.
• You can use this button to send information directly to the seller.
• From that point on, follow the directions and make sure to include pertinent information in your question.
