There are two formulas that you can use when you want to find the radius of a circle.

Knowing these two formulas will help you out for sure:

-The first formula is C=2*r*pi*r.

-The second formula is A=pi(r^2)

-You just need to figure out which one you need to use depending on the data that has been given.

-You need to use algebra sometimes in order to seek for the value of r. There are also times when the value of r is already given.

All that you need to do is to start computing for what you need.

Remember that if you are trying to compute for the diameter, this is usually just twice the radius. This means that this is something that you can compute easily.

Calculating the radius of a circle can be a bit complicated when you are not familiar with the formula.

These are the steps that you have to take in order to solve this.

• The formula of a radius is r= C/2π.
• If all of the needed data are already given, you just need to change the formula into the given numbers.
• Once you have all of the numbers, you can start solving.
• You may now have the right answer.

There are some online calculators that will only require you to place the data so that you can solve for the radius of a circle easily.

The radius of a circle is the length of a line, which is from the center of the circle to any point on the edge of the circle. One way to find the radius is to divide the diameter in half.

If you do not know the diameter and need To find the radius of the circle, follow these simple steps

• First, write out the formula, which is C= 2 x pi x r(radius).

• Solve for r by changing the formula in the previous step and using algebra

• Enter the circumference in the formula, by replacing the letter C with the appropriate number

• The result from the previous step should be rounded to the nearest decimal
