Follow these simple steps to make vinegar on your own so as to enjoy its natural taste:

1. Get a 1.9L glass jar and clean it with soap and water. Then fill the jar with boiling water to sterilize it.

2. Pour 350ml of distilled water and 350ml of wine into the jar. However, you can use hard cider or beer instead of wine.

3. Since you need bacteria to begin this process, you need to get the "mother"(a container with the needed bacteria). Add the "mother" to get the process started. The introduction of the mother into the mixture will help turn ethanol into acetic acid.

4. Get a paper towel and a rubber band to seal the jar. You're using a paper towel because you need to use a permeable material.

5. Store the jar in a dark, temperate, and airy place for two months. The temperature of this place should be between 15° C and 34 °C.

6. Use a straw to get some vinegar after two months and taste.

7. Remove the mother.

8. Pour the vinegar into a container and heat until it reaches a temperature of 60°C to 71°C.

9. Get a bottle and fill it with the vinegar.

Do you know that you can actually make vinegar at home?

These are some of the things that you can do so that you can create vinegar naturally:

• Place the liquid like apple cider that you are going to use to make vinegar in a bottle or a stoneware jar. Remember that if you are going to use a bottle, make sure that you are going to use something dark.
• Cover the opening of the bottle or jar with cheesecloth to prevent dirt and dust from going inside.
• Make sure that you will place the container in a warm and dark place. The temperature should be at 60 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Fermentation will be quicker if the temperature is warm.
• Do not stir or disturb the mixture so that you will not disturb the bacteria that will be very useful for the fermentation process.
• Smell the bottle after a month. If it smells like vinegar, then you have succeeded. If not, then you would need more time.

Creating the right vinegar can be very useful, especially when you are searching for a particular taste.

Vinegar is a great thing to make at home, for it is natural and taste better.

To make vinegar at home, follow these steps:

• First, wash ripe apples and stain any juice from them

• Pour the juice into the containers

• From there, use yeast, which will ferment the sugar from the fruit into alcohol

• The bacteria will change the alcohol into acetic acid

• Make sure to keep the liquid at the temperature of 60- 80 degrees

• Let this sit for three to four weeks and most of the bacteria in the alcohol will have converted and it will spell like vinegar

• Strain the liquid to get rid of the mother of the vinegar

• Cap and store the vinegar
