1. To install skyrim mods, the first thing to do is open an account Nexus account. This can be done by navigating to nexusmods.com. However, if you already have an account with the website, all you need to do is enter your log in details.
2. You will be required to choose a membership type after creating an account.
3. Proceed by opening the Windows Explorer on your computer. You can do this by pressing Win+E.
4. Open the hard drive on your computer, then right-click on the C: drive to open a new folder. For easy identification, you can name this folder as steam(plus any number).
5. Create another folder and save it as Skyrim Mods.
6. Open steam and go to steam library folder to add the folders you created in steps 4 and 5, then install Skyrim.
7. Navigate to nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1334/, then download manual.
8. After it has been downloaded, then run the installer.
9. Check the Skyrim directory to run Mod organizer, then download skse by navigating to skse.silverlock.org.
10. Open Mod organizer, then click Click SKSE. After editing it, choose a location for skse.
11. Visit nexusmods.com/skyrim/ again to install a mod, then press the files tab to download mod manager.
12. Finally, start Skyrim via mod manager.
