If you are inserting a single line thread into a needle, follow these simple steps.
1. Select your thread and your needle, and ensure that the thickness of the thread is not bigger than the eyes of the needle.
2. Unravel at least 30 cm of thread and use your scissors to make a clean cut at the top of your thread.
3. Carefully insert your thread through the eyes of the needle, or use a threader if your needle is small enough.
4. Pull the thread form the other end and make it folded into two so as to get a tail.
If you are inserting double threading into a needle, follow these simple steps.
1. Unravel about 61 cm of thread.
2. Fold the thread into two and hold the two ends together.
3. Insert these two ends through the eyes of your needle.
4. Pull your thread through the loop of the needle to tie a knot.
Lastly, to tie a knot, use these methods:
1. Wrap the end of the thread around your middle finger.
2. Roll the thread two or more times to create more layers.
3. Pull the thread tightly while you get the rolled thread pinched between your fingers.
