• Know the main parts of the cell that need to be there.

You may do some tweaks depending on what you think will work best for your needs and the type of model that you want to do.

2. Another thing you should do is to do research es about how an animal cell looks like. You should be specific about this because a plant cell also consists of certain similar organelles as an animal cell. Know the total number of organelles that are present in a typical animal cell, know their names, and how they are usually structured inside the cell. The common organelles inside a typical animal cell are the nucleus, lysosomes, centrosomes, cytoplasm, mitochondria, ribosomes, endoplasmic reticulum, etc.

3. You can take your biology textbook or visit the internet to learn how to draw the structure of a typical animal cell.

4. Get materials that will help you achieve the right structure as you assemble your model.
