You should first know that the different Spanish verb infinitives always end in the following: er, ar, and it.

These are some of the tips that will help you out:

• You can remove the two last letters so that you can add the right ending.

• If the subject is I, you need to drop the ending and place o.

• If the subject is you, you need to drop the ending and place as.

• Take note that for informal verbs, you can also add er or ir verbs depending on the type of words that are needed.

As long as you would follow these terms, you can conjugate the verbs properly.

1. To conjugate any verb in any tense in the Spanish language, the first thing you should do is to start with the present tense. Most verbs in Spanish usually end with "ir," "er" and "ar," and you should conjugate them, most especially those ending with "ar," by replacing the "ar" part of the word and replace it with -a, -Amos, -an, -o, or -as.

2. For Spanish verbs in their past forms, use preterite tense to describe each action word. Spanish preterite is the same as saying the past tense in English. However, to conjugate a Spanish verb in its past form, you will need to replace Spanish verbs that end with "at" with -asters, -aste, -Aron, -e, or -Amos.

3. For Spanish verbs that are used to show continuous actions, you can easily conjugate them by using the imperfect tense. To conjugate, these examples of Spanish verbs, use "-ábamos, -aba, -aban, -abas, or -abais" to replace Spanish verbs that end with "ar."
