You may want to take a screenshot from time to time for your work or if you need proof of something.

These are just some of the things that you can do:

• Press the Windows logo key and PrntScrn. Remember that you need to press them together.

• You will be alerted if the screenshot is successful.

• You can then choose to save the screenshot on one of the folders of your computer.

• If you need to edit the screenshot, you may put it in the paint.

• You can crop the photo easily.

• You can also crop the screenshot that you took through the images that you are checking out.

Most Dell computers have a print screen key, which makes taking screenshots accessible. This key takes a photo of your entire screen or application window, then places the image to your system clipboard.

• Arrive at a page on which you want to take a screenshot.

• Locate the Print Screen Key. It is typically on the higher right side of the Dell keyboard.

• Unlike other computer manufacturers' keyboards, the Dell Print Screen does not have anything else written on it.

• Find the key which has the Windows logo on it.

• It is at the bottom left corner of any Windows computer.

• Press the print screen key and the key with the Windows logo.

• Hold down these two buttons simultaneously.

• Open the start menu.

• Click the Windows logo in the bottom side left corner of the screen.

• The start menu will open with your mouse cursor in the search field.

• Type screenshots into the start box.

• See a folder called screenshots appear at the top of the Start Window.

• Click the screenshots folder.

• The screenshot is inside.
