A lot of people feel that dragon fruit has the tendency to look very exotic, but you should know that its taste is considered to be highly similar to other fruits. A lot of people who have already tasted it say that the taste is very similar to a kiwi and a pear.

This fruit is native to Mexico and Central America, although it is now available in different parts of the world. Dragon fruit is normally eaten raw, but there are different ways that it can be served. Most people would just cut it up and serve it.

You just need to make sure that you will remove the skin completely. Doing this will be similar to cutting up an avocado. Once you have already removed the skin, you can just devour it and enjoy it.

With this question, I assumed you already have the dragon fruit in front of you, because it is less available in some parts of the world. A dragon fruit gives the best taste when it is ripe. So, you need to be sure what you are about to eat is ripe dragon fruit, and it should not be overripe because its skin at this time will be too soft and you won't like it.

You will also need to cut the dragon fruit into half, preferably by using a sharp knife. After you have successfully cut it into half, you will need a spoon to scoop its white fleshy content. If you are eating ripe dragon fruit, as you are scooping its content, you will be able to separate it from the skin. After this stage, you can start using that spoon to eat the fleshy part you have collected.

Dragon fruit can be cut into half and eaten with a spoon, cut into cubes and grill it, mix with other yogurt and make a smoothie it is commonly found in Asia, the United States and Europe.

You can eat your dragon fruit by first cutting it into half, then scoop the flesh with a spoon by running the spoon along the edge of the skin, and if the fruit is ripe, it will separate easily, and finally, your dragon fruit is ready for eating.
