It is possible that you would like to know what the area of a hexagon is.

* First of all, you need to know what a hexagon is. This is a shape that comes with six sides.

* In order to solve for the area of the hexagon, the formula is going to be A = 3√3/2 a2.

* What you have to remember is that while you might be familiar with how a regular hexagon looks like. An irregular hexagon will also have six sides, but if you are having some trouble understanding how it can work for you, remember that you can separate it into different shapes that you recognize until such time that you will be able to get the area of a hexagon.

It is important to note that there are different ways to calculate the area of a hexagon. However, the simplest method which I am going to talk about is used mostly for regular hexagons. By regular hexagons, I mean the length of the six sides is the same.

Once you are able to determine that the hexagon you have in front of you has six equal sides, you can use this formula, i.e., Area = (3√3 s² )/ 2. Since you now have the formula to use, all you need to do is to substitute the value for the length of one of the six sides into the equation.

For instance, let's assume the length of one of the six sides is 4cm, and it's the same for all the six sides, then: A= (3√3 4²)/2. At this point, all you need to do is to simplify the answer and determine the value of "A." At the end of everything, you should get 41.57cm².

A hexagon is a shape that is a polygon. It has six angles and six sides. There are many ways to calculate the area of the hexagon. One way is to write the formula, which is Area = (3√3 s2)/ 2. Then, the length of one side can be measured. From there, the length that has been measured into the formula. Then, use the formula to simplify the answer to one number—another way to calculate the hexagon with an apothem. The formula to use this format is Area = 1/2 x perimeter x apothem. From there, it should be written down, find the perimeter, and simplify the answer.

A hexagon is a polygon that has six sides and angles. There are different ways to calculate the area of a hexagon, whether it is a regular or an irregular hexagon.

It is best to start calculating by starting the formula first, which is (3√3 s2)/ 2. Here, S stands for the length of a side of the hexagon. Identify the length of one side. If you do not know the length but the perimeter or apothem, then you can divide the perimeter by 6 to get the length of one side and the apothem by using its formula a = x√3 and multiplying it by 2.

The next thing you have to do is to plug in your values into the formula since you know the length of one side of the triangle. Simplify your answer by finding the value of the equation and writing the numerical answer.
