Quran is the holy tome of the Muslims that is the word of God, and the religion of faith called Islam is based upon this book. Hadith are primarily the sayings and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad that are like what is said in the Quran. The sacred writings of the faith of Islam revealed by Allah are called Quran.
The book is a collection of what was divulged to Muhammad. Those who follow the religion of Islam live a good life abiding by the Quran and Muhammad's commandments. It has been said that leading a life of subservience to Islam leads to salvation.
Hadith, on the other hand, are written by scholars who were born later than the Prophet, and there are differences in the way they approach things and the way they interpret the Islamic laws. Hadith compares the actions, declarations, habits, and approval of the Prophet to others' actions or behaviors.
