The white quinoa is also referred to as the regular quinoa, while the dark red quinoa is also referred to as Inca red. Another thing that forms the difference between the two is the color they turned to after being cooked and cooled.
The Inca red tends to form a brown color, while the white quinoa has a form of light gold color. Also, when you eat the red quinoa raw, it tastes bitterer compared to the white quinoa. Animals actually prefer to feed on the white quinoa than the red quinoa, while humans prefer to feed on the red quinoa.
