Paintball and Airsoft are both simulation games played with artillery for entertainment purposes. Paintball is a fast-growing extreme sport that captures the feelings of childhood games such as tag and hides and seeks. Capture the flag is the most common setup of this game where players are separated into two teams, and both sides try to secure the other side's flag.
What the participants are supposed to do is abolish opposing team’s players by shooting them with paintballs. When the person is hit, the paint splashes all over them, and they are out of the game. Airsoft is an out-of-doors adventure sport where players make use of replica firearms.
It started in Japan and spread to China, Europe, and finally, America. The players in this game are split into teams that attempt to beat each other by hitting each other with nonmetallic pellets fired from an air gun. There are more preparation and strategy involved in Airsoft, and Airsoft guns are far more expensive than paintball guns.
