Norco and Percocet are prescription combination drugs that assist in the treatment of moderate to severe pain. They both contain acetaminophen, which is another pain reliever. Percocet contains oxycodone and acetaminophen, and Percocet is currently being manufactured by Vintage pharmaceuticals. Norco contains hydrocodone and acetaminophen.

It first appeared by the US Food and Drug Administration in 1976, is produced by Watson Pharmaceuticals, and was authorized by the US Food and Drug Administration in 1997. There has been significant pushback in the pharmaceutical industry because of narcotics.

It would help if you were screened thoroughly by a doctor before you can be prescribed these pills. The following precautions must be made, such as personal and family history, use of other drugs or medications, allergies, and medical history.

When it comes to pain, for some people, it is unbearable. This is where certain medications come into play, for they can help ease the pain that may occur. Two medications that are used to help ease pain are Percocet and Norco. Between the two, Percocet is more potent. They are stronger than Norco. Due to how potent they are, Percocet is more likely to be abused than narcos are because they have a stronger effect. Another difference between them is the side effects that they present. Norco is associated with breathing problems after use, while Percocet have little to no reports of breathing issues.
