I think the only way to differentiate between Jesus and Muhammad is by looking at some information about the two beings as revealed in the Holy Bible and Qur'an. It was revealed in the Bible that Jesus Christ was crucified, and after he died, he resurrected on the third day before ascending to heaven. Even before this period, he would always hint his disciples about his death and resurrection. In contrast, Mohammad's death didn't happen like that of Jesus Christ.

It is believed that he died while he was with one of his wives. It wasn't recorded in the Bible that Jesus had a wife, let alone having children, but Christians usually call themselves as God's children. Unlike Mohammed, who declared himself as a messenger of God, Jesus declared himself as the son of God, although this was also approved by God after Jesus was baptized by John. Mohammad is believed to be the founder of Islam; Christianity is centered on the teachings of Jesus.

Mohammed is reported to have lived 600 years after Jesus, and the two of them had very different and exceptional perceptions that they shared with others. They had two diverse philosophies. It is written that Jesus was resurrected from his tomb on the third day after the Romans executed him. When Jesus heard God communicate with him, he went into the desert with the word of God in his heart, and he put himself into a situation to be enticed.

When God spoke to Jesus, he felt terrified, and he even considered suicide. Jesus called himself the son of God, and Mohammed called himself the messenger of God. Jesus received guidance directly from God; however, Muhammed received directions from an angel. Jesus was never married, while Muhammed had eleven wives. Jesus also delivered many miracles, such as walking on water, resurrecting people from the dead, and curing those who were sick.
