When you say education, you have to remember that there are two ways that people can get an education. Some can get it formally which means that they will get it from a school. Others would get it informally which means that they will find random ways to gain knowledge. When you say schooling, this stands for the initial and even the second stage of the education system that people may get when they go to school.
Education has always been emphasized because it is always important. People will have better chances of having a better life when they are formally educated although some people have also proven that you do not need to reach a high level of education to do well in life.
