Neosporin and polyosporin are known to be two types of ointments that seem similar to each other. What exactly sets them apart? Neosporin is known to contain bacitracin that polyosporin does not have. There are also two other antibiotics that Neosporin has, namely polymyxin and neomycin.

Some people are not recommended to use Neosporin mainly because this is not very helpful for people who have sensitive skin. There are some people who have already contacted dermatitis because of the contents of Neosporin. You can always ask a specialist about this so that you know that you are not placing anything on your skin that may cause harm in the long run.
