When it comes to their meanings, you will not find a difference between anyone and anybody. When you just say anybody, you are just referring to something a little bit less formal so you can use it when you are speaking with your friends. If you would like to use anyone, you may use it more when you are writing letters. Some say that there are some subtle differences between the two.

Some say that you can use anyone when you would like to create a singular version of the word and you will use anybody is known as the plural version of the word. Another difference is the suffixes that are being used.
