You should realize that there are some differences between the GSR and the LS. The GSR is going to be more expensive than the LS because it comes with more power. Another reason why it costs more as compared to the LS is the different features that it can offer that the LS does not have.
Their meanings are also different from each other. When you say LS, this means Luxury Sport. When you say GSR, this means Grand Sport Racing. You may be able to tell the difference between the transmission of the two when you take them out for a test drive. The cost will always be one of your reasons why but you should consider too if you are getting all the features that you actually need.
