The Samsung galaxy s5 is bigger in size longer and has more width when compared to the Apple iPhone 5s. It is also heavier as it weighs around 30 grams more than the Apple iPhone 5s. This makes the Samsung galaxy s5 less preferable for people who prefer a smaller phone. Therefore Apple iPhone is the best option for such people.

The Apple iPhone 5s comes with 1 GB RAM when compared to Samsung Galaxy 5s which has a RAM of 2GB. Both of them are also different in terms of their processor. Samsung Galaxy s5 possesses a processor that is very high; it has a quad-core of 2.5 GHz (2.5 x 4), while the Apple iPhone 5s possesses a lower processor, which is a dual-core of 1.3 GHz (1.3 x 2). Samsung Galaxy s5 has a larger screen resolution, better pixel density, -5.1” (4”), -432 PPI (326 PPI) respectively. Samsung galaxy has a better picture quality.

Samsung and Apple are the two dominant competitors that have taken over the smartphone market. The noticeable difference between these two is the operating system they use. iPhones use Apple’s iOS, while Samsung uses Google’s Android. One of the considerable distinctions between the two is their screen size. iPhone 5S has a 4.0-inch LED-backlit IPS LCD touchscreen.

The Samsung Galaxy S5, on the other hand, has a 5.1-inch screen. Samsung’s newest edition is also water-resistant and offers wireless charging, two features that are lacking in iOS. The Samsung has a 1080 x 1920-pixel resolution, while the iPhone has 640 x 1136-pixel resolution. The iPhone has the A7 chip with 64-bit architecture and is put together with the M7 motion coprocessor and 1 GB of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy has 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor, 2 GB RAM, and an updated Adreno 330 GPU.
