Many people actually believe that the position of a CEO (Chief Executive Officer) is the highest position in an organization, but this is not always so. Likewise, you often hear of CEO in several companies, but you don't always hear of chairman. Most owners of organizations are mostly referred to as the Chief Executive Officer or CEO, but you need to understand that the position of a chairman is still more than that of the CEO. A CEO actually has influence or authority over every worker, officers, operatives, and other executives.

But in an organization where there is a CEO, the owner of the organization most likely assumes the position of a chairman. A good example of this is the case of Microsoft. Bill Gates is the chairman, while Steve Ballmer is the Chief Executive Officer; and we all know that Bill Gates is the owner of Microsoft. The CEO is accountable to the chairman and probably the board of directors, depending on the organization.

Grep stands for Global Regular Expression Print. Egrep and Fgrep are both parts of the gap of family commands. Both Egrep and Frep are used in Linux as user commands to make the search button simpler for diving into plain text files in thousands of lines. Grep is the base order for both Egrep and Fgrep. Grep upholds regular expression commands in searching words and terms, Egrep is an extension of grep command, which is a user to search a string of characters in lines and multiple patterns inside of a text file. Egrep is utilized when the document is characterized as an extended-expression.

In this command, special command keys, such as +?! And other characters and useful sequences, will yield results instead of displaying a syntax error. Egrep command interprets them as a portion of a regular expression. Fgrep is an extension of egrep, and it does not recognize or interpret any expression or characters. It does not recognize the extended capabilities of a regular expression, and it bypasses these characters during the search.
