Coffee and green teas have in them a varying quantity of caffeine, perhaps the most striking difference between the two. They are both good for health, although it is advisable for pregnant women to limit their rate of having caffeine. Coffees have higher quantities of caffeine when compared to green tea. Green teas, which are gotten through a process of steaming and gently heating fresh tea leaves, have a rather smaller amount of caffeine, although enough to gear the body up and also the abundant in antioxidants which are of great help in waging war against inflammation and other chronic diseases. Green tea will also reduce anxiety and increase the ability to sleep soundly, especially the types that react easily to the presence of caffeine.

Green teas, according to research made, might reduce the risk of certain harmful bacteria building up in the mouth over time, which means that it helps boosts oral health.

Hands down, coffee is the most popular beverage to start your day. Not only is it rejuvenating and energizing, but it also has some significant health benefits as well. Recent research supports the fact that coffee, which contains various antioxidants, can help prevent cancer, thwart Alzheimer’s, and regulate blood sugar, which can prevent diabetes.

Doctors often advise their patients to drink coffee and exercise to avoid skin cancer. Chances of death due to liver disease is also diminished when you drink coffee. Green tea, on the other hand, is said to possess even more healing properties than coffee. It prevents cancer and helps heal diabetes. While most of the country cannot get enough of the robust and potent flavor of coffee, along with all of its benefits, some people prefer tea to coffee: both green tea and coffee help to improve concentration, memory, fatigue, and muscle pain.
