Qigong and Tai Chi are two systems of meditation, physical exercise, and breathing control, designed to allow the system to conform to the internal energies of the body. One of the major differences between the two practices is that they differ when it comes to how they are practiced. Tai Chi is a little bit difficult to learn compared to qigong since you will first learn some of its basic body postures and exercises.

On the other hand, qigong is easy to learn because most of its exercises are not as difficult as those of Tai Chi. In fact, there are certain postures of qigong that came from Tai Chi. Qigong, on the other hand, has similar qualities to Tai Chi, and it is the culmination of health by mastering Qi or Chi. The goal in Qigong is to master challenging body postures and clear out the mind and energies of the body. The literal meaning of Qigong is life energy work. Qigong helps you to control life force and also guide it spiritually.
