It can be gotten from plants that contain alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and fish oil, which contains docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). Since our body does not produce this acid, we need to take supplements for them or take fish twice a week or take plants that contain this acid.
