VS1 and VS2 are clarity grades of a diamond. VS1 diamond has fewer and smaller inclusion than a VS2. VS1 diamond does not come with inclusions, and if they have any inclusions they cannot be seen with bare eyes, you need a 10x magnifier to see it clearly while VS2 diamond has some inclusions that can be seen with bare eyes only 5% or less can be seen, and it is only large in 1 carat.
VS2 diamonds are crystal (white or black). VS1 diamonds appreciate more over time because it is known to be of high quality. VS1 diamond has fewer impurities than the VS2 class. VS1 has fewer impurities compared to VS2. The impurities in VS2 will be more visible with the use of an ordinary magnifying lens.
Diamonds have different type of clarify grade. The clarity grade that a diamond has is based on the quality of the diamond, along with the internal and external characteristics. The grade can also impact price, as the higher the grade, the higher the price will be. Two of the diamond clarify grades that are available are VS1 and VS2. Between the two, VS1 is the higher quality grade.
A diamond with this grade normally has no inclusions and if there are any, they are unable to be seen by the human eye. A VS2 diamond will have inclusions that they eye can see.
