Rubbing alcohol is colorless and has a melting point of -89degree centigrade and also boils at 82.5 degrees centigrade. Vinegar is used to also dissolve non-polar compounds like oil.
There are a lot of people who may use rubbing alcohol now in order to clean some surfaces or at least to clean their hands. There are also some people who would like to use a more natural remedy so they would like to use vinegar.
