Pecans and walnuts are both nuts that are healthy and have a number of health benefits. They include a high number of fiber and protein. Benefits of having a diet with pecans and walnuts, including raising good cholesterol in the body and lowering bad cholesterol. One difference between them is their appearance. They are both brown, but pecans are a darker brown. Along with that, pecans are thicker and have ridges. Walnuts have a standout appearance, for they resemble a brain, and they are lighter in color. Another difference between them is the ease of eating them. Pecans are easier to get into because they are easier to crack.

Pecans are nuts that have a dark brown color. They are thick and contain deep ridges. Walnuts, on the other hand, have a very unusual appearance, which looks like the human brain. They have a light brown color and come in the form of a giant cluster unless they are shelled.

Pecans are easier to crack than walnuts, and the main difference between the two of them is their shape. Walnuts contain a myriad of health benefits including a high vitamin E content, omega three fatty, magnesium, and iron. Pecans also have a plethora of health benefits, including B-complex groups of vitamins and oleic acid.

Both kinds of nuts contain a rich source of fiber and protein. Consuming these nuts, pecans, and walnuts both, can help to raise HDL, which is the good cholesterol, and they can also help to lower LDL, which is the bad cholesterol.
