Six Sigma and MSOC are different strategies used in business management. They have been used over the years the development companies. Six Sigma was invented by Motorola, USA. It was first introduced in 1986. One of its main aims is to improve the quality of all the output processes.

It is also used to increase the sustainability of the business. It focuses on keeping the business in a minimal variety of products. MSOC means “Management System and Operating Control.” It was developed in 2004 by BellSouth.

MSOC involves bringing together work measurement together management control, process management, and people development. Its main aim is to provide a certain goal to be achieved on a daily basis. It also provides certain rules and frameworks for improvement.

Six Sigma and MSOC are two distinct business managing strategies that have been developed by two different companies. They are different because MSOC is newer than Six Sigma, and it has been added with some fresh concepts.

Six Sigma is a program that was created by the Motorola United States. It first came on the scene in 1986. Since its launch, it has been extensively used by many different areas of industry.

The chief purpose of Six Sigma is to enhance the condition of all the output practices. MSOC, or management system and operational control, is a management program created by BellSouth in 2004. It combines work management, executive control, process management, and the advancement of people. The purpose of this program is to produce productivity.

All businesses have managers who manage the company end to ensure that the operations are running properly. Though their end goal is the same, managers use different strategies to achieve their goals. MSOC and Six Sigma are two of those strategies. Between the two, MSOC is newer. They were both created by different companies. MSOC was created by BellSouth, while Motorola is the founder of Six Sigma. One key strategic difference between the two is that Six Sigma can see the various error and defects that may be occurring. They are more garnered towards the business, while MSOC is about the employees.
