They are known to be very effective in providing multiple copies of DNA. The RT-PCR is effective in magnifying the reversed transcription of the DNA code.
It is QCPR that is in charge of measuring what the current amplification is. This also means that QCPR can be used for the quantification while the RT-PCR is used for the amplification. Take note that they would follow a certain process to ensure that all of the needed DNA transcriptions will proceed without any issues.
