Ethical pertains to anything that a person may believe to be right or wrong. This is sometimes based on the personal opinion of a person towards something. For example, a person believes that it is ethical to leave his shoes in the front portion of the front door of another person’s house. Legal means that it is something that has been verified by the law.

If in case there is something that is done against the law, there will be repercussions that will be given to the person who has not followed the law. Ethical issues may sometimes be different from one person to another. Legal issues are usually based on something that has been written and is being followed by everyone.
