One thing that you should realize is that having an anxiety disorder is usually connected to a lot of other mental health conditions. For example, there are some people who may have bipolar disorder that will also suffer from anxiety as a result. Bipolar disorder is known to be a mental condition that a person will have for his whole lifetime. This may cause a person to have different mood shifts.

There are some who would have really high highs while there are also some that would even have low lows. The person who has bipolar disorder will experience a change in the mood very quickly. Usually a person would need to be diagnosed to have bipolar disorder so that it can be treated with proper medications and lifestyle changes. People who have both may suffer from substance abuse and suicidal thoughts.
