If in case you are not sure what these two terms are, these are sects of Islam. The main difference between the two is the guidance that is needed depending on the Imam. The Deobandi will always follow Imam Abu Hanifa while the Wahhabis are known to be ghair muqallid which means that they usually do not follow the Imam.
The origin of these two groups is also different from each other. While they also have some similarities like the fact that they both agree on the Quran, the Deobandi does not believe in Salaf Us Salih.
