The CGA and the CPA are known to be two different types of exams. These are some tests that accounting graduates would need to take so that they can get better positions in companies where they work.

The CPA is required to have a strong accounting background so that they can become certified public accountants. Those who are planning to take CGA are required so that the current abilities of the candidate can be properly assessed.

The CGA will help people realize if they already have a strong grip on accounting. Take note that those who take the CGA can work in other fields that are related to accounting too.
