MI5 and MI6 are two security agencies in the United Kingdom. One of the differences between the two security agencies is that both were created to handle different criminal activities. For instance, one of the primary objectives of the MI5 is to combat internal threats, meaning it was created to fight threats inside the United Kingdom.

The MI5 is saddled with the responsibility of providing domestic intelligence for other sister security agencies in the country. On the country, one of the objectives of the MI6 is to deal with any foreign threat against the sovereignty of the United Kingdom. The MI6 was created for foreign intelligence.

The differences between the MI5 and MI6 are easy to understand when you know the difference between the United States FBI and CIA. The reason is that both are similar in functions. While the MI5 has the power to handle matters of national security, the MI6 has the power to gather intelligence about the international affairs of the United Kingdom.

MI5 and MI6 are security agencies in Britain. One of the differences between the two is why the agency was created. The MI5 was created to protect Britain's democracy and help protect things important to the economy of Britain. It was also put in place to keep Britain free from terrorism, as it runs several counterintelligence agencies.

Overall, the purpose of MI5 is to be in charge of any domestic or internal issues that occur in Britain. MI6 differs from MI5 because it was put in place to protect from foreign and external threats. it provides foreign intelligence to help protect the country from an attack.

When you say Mi5, you are referring to the British Security Service. Mi6 currently refers to the British Foreign Intelligence Service. Some people say that Mi6 are like spies. Their main goal is to get as much information as possible so that they can create reports on the next steps that need to be done for goals to be reached.

Mi5, on the other hand, will work differently. Their main goal is to make sure that they will catch the possible spies that will be feeding the needed information to the enemies. Take note that Mi5 is also responsible for making sure that the people in the UK will always be protected from harm. The interests of the people should always be one of the things that will be considered.

MI5 and MI6 are two British security agencies. As you would expect, one of the major differences between most security agencies is that they are not always the same in terms of operations and services being rendered. One of the major objectives behind the creation of MI5 is for the protection of the parliamentary democracy of Britain and its economic interest.

Also, MI5 was created to protect British citizens from terrorism and to run a very vibrant counterintelligence unit in its operations and for other sister agencies. In other words, MI5 was created to manage the internal or domestic security issues within Britain. On the other hand, MI6 was created to protect the country from external or foreign threats.

The agency acts mostly by providing foreign intelligence that will be useful in protecting the country from any external attack. Another name for MI6 is Secret Intelligence Service. At times, MI6 can wade in to gather intelligence about certain political issues in the country.
