MPhil and Ph.D. are two degrees that demonstrate some difference between them; although, both are research degrees. MPhil refers to the Master of Philosophy, while Ph.D. refers to Doctor of Philosophy, and Master of Philosophy is a one-year research degree course.
Unlike with a Ph.D., an MPhil research degree does not entail the submission of any synopsis, and the final draft of the research that must be completed is termed a dissertation. You must pass two studies called research methodology and tools of analysis. The Ph.D., in contrast, is a detailed research degree and can be completed in two streams (part and full time).
You must present a synopsis or a sample of the main thesis at least six months before submitting the thesis. The final draft of your research discoveries is called the thesis. A part-time stream of research can be done for up to six years, while a full stream can be done for up to three years.
