An ampoule is also known as ampul, ampule, or ampulla, is a tiny dosage of the vial with a sealed neck, while Vial is also called vial or flacon is an advanced version of the ampoule. Ampoule comes in liquid or solid form, while the vial comes in a cylindrical container made of glass, which is made to hold liquid medications.
Ampoules are not reusable, while vial can be reused for storing purposes. Vial gives correct and faultless indicators of what drug is left over in the container. The ampoule is oddly shaped, while the vial is a flat shape. The ampoule can be used temporarily, while the vial can be used to store content for a long period. The vial can be sealed or not while the ampoule possesses a hermetically sealed neck.

There are a lot of people who may initially think that an ampoule and vial are the same, but actually, these two are different. The vial may usually come in a bottle or a glass vessel. This can be used to store some sort of valuable liquid, or it may also hold other chemicals. Some use vials in order to hold their perfume in small amounts.
This can be very helpful when traveling. The ampoule is a sealed vial that may not necessarily be made of glass or plastic. The ampoule can be pricked or pinched so that the liquid that is stored inside can be released. This may hold a smaller amount of liquid as compared to the vial.
