Methodists and Baptist are both Christian faith that believes in God, Jesus the son of God, and the holy bible. They have a lot of similarities, but also have differences in their views and doctrine. Methodist believe in the baptism of infants, youth, and adults, they do not discriminate the individual age and mental maturity, the Methodist allow a different form of baptism by immersion, sprinkling, and pouring. The Holy Communion in Methodist churches is served to all.
Methodists also believe it is a personal choice to be saved, and anyone can fall from grace. Baptist does not believe in the baptism of infants; they believe that baptism should be administered to individuals who are capable of understanding the meaning of baptism. Baptist only believes in baptism by immersion. Baptist believes that once you are saved, you are always saved, which means such a person cannot fall from grace.
