Kung fu encompasses any martial arts form that came from China, while taekwondo came from Korea. Kung Fu consists of smooth, circular movements, which correlate with the fighting style of animals, and it is the ancient form of martial arts practiced in China. Body movement in Kung Fu is like a science.

It is an open martial art, which means its style can be adopted only by experts who have been practicing their moves consistently every day. In Kung Fu, the goal is to cause much damage without breaking either your concentration or balance. Taekwondo is a Korean form of martial arts and combat sports, and the art form has countless benefits.

It is known to develop strength and precision, speed, flexibility, discipline, coordination, balance, and stamina. There are punching and kicking drills, core strengthening exercises, and stretches. You use your mind, body, and feet to calm down fights.
