Talent is something that you may innately have. This means that you may have been born to have it. For example, there are some who are naturally good at drawing. They can draw even without taking formal lessons. Skill, on the other hand, should be learned.

There are some who may not be good at drawing at the beginning but because they wanted to work hard in order to learn how to draw, they would do their best to learn how to do things properly. The time will come when they would also be able to draw well. Skills can also be very useful in doing certain tasks and completing different types of jobs.
