A lot of people are using worry and anxiety interchangeably but these two have different meanings. When you say “worry,†this means that you are thinking about the thoughts that are running through your head. When you say “anxiety,†this is something that may manifest physically. This means that you are actually experiencing various things that are making you worry. Worry and anxiety are normally connected to each other. When you start to worry, you will start to become more anxious. This is when you will start to experience having sweaty hands, headaches, and so much more. You may generally feel more uncomfortable until such time when the source of your worry is gone or over.
Worry is known to be focused verbally. This means that when you are worrying, it may be apparent through the way that you speak. When you worry, you are thinking about the things that may possibly happen or the things that you may possibly encounter. Usually, worry is considered to be a symptom of anxiety.
The more anxious you feel about something, the more that you will worry. There are also instances when worrying can be the main cause of anxiety. For example, you may worry too much about something that you will be anxious about it the whole time. These two may go together, but they are not the same.
