Human begins are composed of so many things; parts of it are cells and tissues. The basic structural, functional, and biological units of all existing organisms are usually referred to as cells. They are the basic units upon which every structural, functional part of the human body is built.
On the other hand, tissue can be defined as a group of cells that are similar in origin that works together to perform a specific biological task. One of the major differences between cells and tissues is their size. Although both are microscopic in nature, cells are considered to be thinner than tissues.
The reason as to why tissues are bigger than cells is because tissues are formed by the coming together of a group of similar cells. Although we can't see a typical cell with our naked eyes, it is composed of so many organelles that are performing different functions. Examples of these organelles are mitochondria, ribosome, chloroplast, nucleus, endoplasmic reticulum, etc.
