New Delhi is a portion of the large city of Delhi. New Delhi is the capital of India. New Delhi is similar to territories like Canberra in Australia, and Washington DC in America. It is also independent of the areas which surround it. One of the critical differences between Delhi and New Delhi is that Delhi is the second-largest metropolis's in India. New Delhi, is a region in Delhi, located on the banks of the river Yamuna.

Delhi is well known for its humid and subtropical weather. Both Delhi and New Delhi are dangerously hot throughout the summer and extremely cold in the winter. You may find significant, exquisite government buildings in New Delhi. Delhi, on the other hand, is notorious for its old monuments, tombs, and elegant architecture.
