Fuchsia and Hot Pink are two examples of colors that might probably not have heard before. Fuchsia is a purplish-red color; it is originally the color of a popular garden plant that belongs to genus fuchsia, and of the Onagraceae family. The fuchsia plant has three different kinds of colors; pink, red, and purple. On the other hand, hot pink is a color that was created in 1947 by a fashion designer named Elsa Schiaparelli.

The color looks like a bright, vibrant pink color. Since primary colors can be used to create other colors, you can also create Hot Pink by mixing white and red with a touch of blue and yellow. Most times, people refer to fuchsia as electronic magenta. When you look at fuchsia very well, it contains more blue then hot pink, and that is why it looks darker than Hot Pink, while Hot Pink looks brighter compared to fuchsia.
