TheBFA is an undergraduate degree course that is given for certain performance fields, like theatre, music and more. On the other hand, BA is a degree that is generally given for subjects other than performing arts, like theoretical science humanities and education, Art, social skills and much more.

BFA and BA are known to be undergraduate degrees that are given for those who would like to have a career that is related to arts. The main difference between the two is that BFA is directed towards fine arts while BA is for courses that are more general, although there are times when BA can also be given to courses that are related to the performing arts.

If these two would be compared further, the course work of BFA can be considered greater as compared to the course work that will be required for BA. The classes that will be taken by those who are doing BFA will be done more in studios as compared to the classes that will be taken by those who are getting a BA.
