Union minister of science and technology Harsh Vardhan tops the list in tagging Modi. He did it almost 2,000 times. It took him three years to obtain that high amount of tags. He would typically tag on average about 50 tweets a month.

The second closest person for tagging Modi is the minister of railways and coal, Piyush Goyal, who tagged him 20 times per month on average. Third place goes to the minister of information and broadcasting, Rajyavardhan Rathore, who tagged him 19 times per month.

The next is fourth place, Dharmendra Pradhan, a minister of petroleum, who had 17 tags per month. The other ministers tagged him but not as much as the others.

The biggest fan of Prime Minister Modi on Twitter is Harsh Vardhan. He happens to hold the position of the Minister of Health and Family Welfare. Vardhan is the biggest fan of Modi on social media because he often mentions Modi throughout his post on social media.

As he is a cabinet member, it is no surprise that he would often mention Modi and the actions they have in the cabinet, to promote them to the public. It should also be of no surprise considering how often Modi is on social media. On Facebook and Instagram, he is the most followed national leader.

There are different cabinet members that can be considered as Modi’s biggest fans, but the top fan award has to go to Harsh Vardhan. The fact that he does a lot of retweets and he always talked about India’s prime minister says a lot about how much he respects Narendra Modi.

He has also tagged Narendra Modi more than a thousand times, which means that he would always like to get noticed. He sometimes tweets about 50 tweets a month that is related to Narendra Modi. Take note that aside from him, there are definitely other cabinet members that are in awe of the prime minister such as Piyush Goyal and Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore.

The correct answer to this question is Harsh Vardhan. He currently holds the title of Minister of Health and Family Welfare. Vardhan is seen as Modi's biggest fan on social media because, throughout his posts, he mentions Modi. Another cabinet leader who mentions and tags Modi on their posts is Piyush Goyal.

He tends to tag Modi several times on one post. It should be no surprise that Prime Minister Modi's cabinet members are active on social media, for Modi himself is a top leader that has very active social media profiles. On both Instagram and Facebook, Modi is the most followed national leader in the world.

It seems that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is someone that people would consider to be highly popular right now, not only in India but also in different parts of the world. The fact that he has a lot of followers means that people are always looking forward to what he has to say and what he can do in general.

He also has his own trusted cabinet members, some of which are also very active on Twitter. It seems that the biggest fan of PM Modi right now is Harsh Vardhan, who has mentioned PM Modi on Twitter so many times, especially during the past years. In second place is Piyush Goyal, who usually tags PM Modi on his posts about 20 times.
