IPad and Android tablet is not the same, and their differences can be noticed from those things that constitute their specs. While Android tablet is a general name for different devices with different specifications, the iPad is just the name of a single product that runs on iOS. The android tablet does not run on iOS like the iPad; rather, it uses Android. There are certain features that are present in Android tablets that cannot be found on the iPad.
